Katie Keith (Executive Director)

Ms. Katie has been the Executive Director of UASP since 2018, and has worked in childcare for over 10 years. She currently serves as co-president of the Newton After School Association and is on the Newton Community Ed. Commission. Some of Ms. Katie's favorite activities at UASP include running the 4th and 5th Grade Adventure Club, climbing up the structure (with helpful tips from the Kindergarteners), and playing capture the flag.

Sarah Morin (Director of Programming and Marketing)

Sarah Morin has been with UASP since 2018, and has worked with K-12th grade students for over 9 years in a both classroom and extracurricular setting. (Did you know Ms. Sarah was a Math Interventionist at Underwood?) With an extensive background in theater and theater education, Ms. Sarah strives to bring her love of the performing arts to UASP with the annual musical!

Mr. Andrew (Assistant Director)

Andrew has worked with preschool and elementary aged children for the past eight years, and has worked specifically as an after school administrator for the past two. He has experience in curriculum development for ages 4-7, and is looking forward to integrating a variety of educational activities and fun new games into UASP this year!

Ms. Caitlin (K/1 Coordinator)

Caitlin is full of excitement for her third year at UASP. She loves all things science and sharing that with her students. She works with our K/1 program as K/1 coordinator, Caitlin also went to Underwood as a student and attended UASP for all 5 years and hopes the students love going to after school as much as she did.

Ms. Yasi is so excited for another year working with Kindergarten and 1st Grade at UASP. Ms. Yasi loves creating fun and unique activities and clubs for her students, including Career Club and Disney Club. With a background in music, Ms. Yasi also enjoys sharing her love of music with her students.

Margret is excited for another year at UASP! With a background in art she loves painting, crafting, and all sorts of art activities which she loves sharing with the kids in specialized clubs. Margret is also looking forward to field trips, getting outside and the musical!

Mr. Collin (2nd-5th)

Collin enjoys being creative with activities such as arts and crafts and theater. He looks forward to inspiring creativity in young learners!

Mr. Anthony (2nd-5th)

This is Anthony's first year at UASP. He has been working with after school programs for 3 years now and at summer camps for even longer. If you like Pokémon, Dungeons & Dragons, trading card games, painting models or reading, he's your guy. Anthony is excited to share his random fun facts with a whole new group of people.

Elif is so excited to be working at UASP! She has a background in teaching English and recently completed her master’s degree in Children’s Literature at Simmons University. Elif loves sharing stories, creative games, and art activities that spark imagination. She is looking forward to bringing fun reading adventures, craft projects, and plenty of laughter to UASP. In her free time, she enjoys writing picture books, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors.

Mrs. M is childcare professional with over 12 years of experience. She loves the variety of activities she gets to do with her students, including art, gym and cooking. She loves helping her students discover how fun learning French can be. In her free time Ms. M enjoys crossword puzzles, puzzle games, and listening to music.

Mrs. G, is so happy to be back at UASP for another year of fun! She has been working for UASP for 12 years and enjoys spending time with the kids, getting to know their families and welcoming new ones. You will see her in the afternoons during dismissal time at the sign out desk. Ms. G also works at the STRIDE program located at Cabot School as a Behavioral therapist. During her free time, she likes to travel to different countries and dog sit.
